Franklin Elementary truly believes in and follows the Delphos City School’s Mission Statement: “Excellence Today; Success Tomorrow; One Student at a Time”.  A dedicated staff, hard working students, supportive parents, and the following of our mission statement has resulted in some very special recognition for Franklin Elementary.  Franklin Elementary has been named: an Exemplary High Performing Schools National Blue Ribbon School for 2019 by U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, a National ESEA Distinguished School for 2018 by the National Association of ESEA State Program Administrators, a 2018 High Progress School of Honor by the Ohio Department of Education, and a 2018 State Superintendent's 2018 School of Promise by the Ohio Department of Education.
